As a service provider, we are, pursuant to Sec. 7(1) German Telemedia Act (TMG), responsible for our own content on these pages, in accordance with the general laws. Pursuant to Secs. 8 to 10 German Telemedia Act (TMG), we are, as a service provider, not, however, obliged to monitor – or, according to circumstances, research – any third-party information transmitted or saved which indicates illegitimate activity.
Any obligations to remove or block the use of information in accordance with the general laws shall not be affected thereby. Any liability in this respect is, however, only possible as from the date of our becoming aware of a specific infringement.
